This piece began as a cover art idea. I wanted to show a very strong woman that hunted demons, but somewhere along the line became possessed by one. It changed her body language and her attitude. Ultimately, I decided that was not her fate. I removed teeth from her neck from the first design and simply left her with her own strength. This feels more real and powerful to me.
